Kindly given to me to review you'll see in the video review I have the black version of this is a compact GoPro style camera.As well as the camera you get a wide range of accessories for different situations, for example helmet mounting, belt mounting etc. There is also a waterproof case included which has buttons on the outside that allow you to control the camera even when it's in the case.It's easy to use but keep in mind it has a wide angle lens so isn't great for day to day recording, it is better suited to action shots such as mounted on a bike.Photos are OK, this likely wouldn't replace your smartphone.I do like the time lapse feature, get the camera in an interesting position and you can adjust how often photos are taken for some really interesting results. Note that the battery isn't brilliant (it is a tiny camera after all!) so to get the result you can see in the video I plugged this into a power bank, giving the camera more than enough battery power for hours and hours of time lapse recording.There isn't a slow motion function on the camera, I've tried a very similar looking camera that did have this function, but it was also more expensive. Considering the very low price this is a good way to get started with action cameras to see if they work for you without spending a fortune.

Very good for the price haven't used on my drone yet to see the range but very good, battery short life but ok as has charging port and a rechargeable phone charger will keep it topped up on the go so not bad kit loads of features,love the motion sensor, plus plus

Bought when on sale. My first action cam and am very pleased and surprised at the picture and video quality. Took me a while to work out it takes standard action cam batteries - eg for SJ4000.Only very slight disappointment is the motion sensor is a bit insensitive.

Bought as Xmas presents and were well received by the boys.

Looks like a go pro but cannot comment on performance as I was not able to retrieve any video off the memory card. Sent it back.

Camera:PackagingContents of box is well packaged, with many more accessories than comes with other well known brands. Protective film on camera lens and case and all accessories are individually plastic wrapped.ContentsMost contents appear compatible with other brands, with large variety of attachments and mounting options. Black camera option has matte black finish, reducing reflections and being less conspicuous. Build quality appears to be sufficient and fit for purpose. Plastic components appear to be firm, without being brittle, however product is yet to be used for extreme conditions. Additional rear door has holes in for better sound quality in low speed situations.FunctionalityEasy to use and intuitive GUI on rear screen, firmware seems much easier to use than previous models. Battery life has improved, although expandability options would be desirable. Still pictures appear slightly soft, especially in low light conditions. Lack of front LED whilst recording makes it difficult to know if video action has started if in a gimbal or when the rear of the camera is not easily accessible.SummaryExcellent product for RRP. A welcome addition to anyones camera collection. 4Stars!

This product was received free from the manufacturer in return for an honest and unbiased review.I do a lot of cycling and have become a little obsessed with tracking my rides in the last few years. More recently I have started thinking about a bike cam, and when the manufacturer offered me this for review it seemed like a perfect opportunity.What's in the box: Camera, Waterproof Housing, Mounts, USB Cable, Charger, User Manual.First impressions: just from the packaging and the feel of the device it suggests a quality item. It certainly does not feel cheap and nasty. In the box is a vast array of bits and bobs to mount the camera to almost anything, and to connect it in a variety of ways to the device of your choice.First use: To get the camera working was dead simple. I am a bit of a dinosaur with little technical nous, so a lot of devices these days have features that I cannot access. No problems with this at all, it works straight out of the box. I use a 32 Gb micro SD card (not supplied) which is easy to insert once you have managed to get the camera out of it's waterproof casing. There is also a WiFi mode that allows you to control the camera from your phone. I have not used this, but I can see that it would be handy.The camera can take stills or movies. The 14 megapixel stills are excellent quality.The image quality of the video is similarly good, with 30 fps and 1080p resolution. Images and sound are clear and sharp. For more money you can get 60 fps at 1080p resolution, you are sacrificing that little bit of quality for price here.A feature I particularly like is the fisheye that allows you to get a 170 degree of arc field of view, very useful for action videos. It does distort the image a little, but it is a useful feature.I have used this on a bike ride and been impressed so far. With it mounted on the handlebars it records pretty much what I saw. Battery life is about 60 minutes on the highest resolution recording, I am going to try again next weekend on a lower res setting to see if this extends the life.This is the complete package - robust, adaptable, easy to use, takes excellent pictures and movies in a variety of useful modes. Excellent, 5 stars.
