I bought a small piece of a bamboo stalk from a plant nursery. I needed something to hold it upright in water. I bought this item, quite a while ago, for that purpose. It is small enough to fit on the kitchen counter, out of the way. It holds a nice amount of water and my bamboo stalk has grown and is thriving. This item is made from thick glass and has a cork on top. It is easy to replace the water for my bamboo. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased this for my office desk. It looks nice and isn’t too much. It is about the size of a Coke can so it doesn’t hold many. Just what I was looking for.

I use these with cuttings from plants I have to grow new roots. They are a good size to start a plant out before transitioning it to soil. They are on the smaller size, depending on what you are looking for.

This would have been a good purchase had it been anything like the picture. This thing was TINY! Check the measurements because it’s not nearly as big as the picture shows
