Good banku
This has been a good mix for me. I made it according to the directions, grilled up some tilapia & it was all quite delicious!The banku that I received seems fresh & has an expiration date of Nov 2026...not that it’ll take that long for me to polish this off, but it’s good to know that it has a decent shelf life.All in all, this is a solid mix that I can surely recommend.

Horrible instructions, and the measurements seem horribly off
Followed the instructions exactly. They are terrible instructions. See the picture for how this turned out, like clumps of mush in water. I'm going to guess that someone didn't translate the measurements correctly, cause when you follow the instructions maybe one ball of banku would come out... Maybe... The water to powder ratio I think is to blame. It's WAY too much water. And yes I made sure I used the correct measurements 4 times before adding anything.
