I have been using Elvive Total Repair 5 for several years now and I cannot go without this stuff! I have a lot of very long fine hair that wants to dread, but this treatment keeps my hair tangle free, shiny, moisturized, smooth and strong! This treatment helps to keep my hair from breaking off. I have used high end leave in hair treatments in the past and this works just as well for a fraction of the price! The scent is delicious as well! Just so ya know, I was not paid for this review! I honestly just LOVE this stuff! The best way to use it is to start out with small amount and keep applying until you have gently and carefully worked it through the hair with your fingers so as to not over saturate your hair. . Let it sit and soak in a bit before brushing. Works for me every time!

As a lifetime bleached blonde, I swear by this. I use it every day to keep from frizzing out and it leaves my hair feeling great. Nice scent too. It's also super cheap comparatively, so now I just use olaplex once after bleaching and then switch to this daily. It gets the job done.

This product works well for me! I have purchased it at least five times now. I use it daily (sometimes twice a day!) to keep my hair soft and frizz free. I have fine hair and 2b/2c curls and this stuff keeps it hydrated. I use it to help style my hair too sometimes. I think it works well with wet and dry hair. It's not heavy or greasy, just leaves my hair feeling soft. And it smells good too! It's a mild fragrance that fades pretty quickly.

For years I have been hesitant to try any leave-in conditioners. I always wondered if they would just leave my hair feeling greasy and limp, or worse yet, like I had poured glue in my hair but I knew I had to try something. No longer did I have to dry my hair then use a curling iron or dry my hair with a dryer while using a round styling brush. After searching on amazon, I saw many people rave about how L'Oreal Paris Elvive Total Repair 5 Protein Recharge Leave In Conditioner helped them with similar concerns so I finally broke down and ordered some. Well, I tried it as soon as it arrived today and I am very surprisingly impressed with it. After showering I applied a pea sized amount to the palm of my hand. I then rubbed my hands together and then worked it through my shoulder length hair. The smell was pretty nice. I then used my electric hair drying brush as I had used before. My hair looks fantastic. It is silky and smooth with very few fly aways. There is absolutely no greasiness and my hair doesn't feel weighed down at all. Just smoothness and extra shine. No crunchiness or the feeling like I poured glue in my hair. None of the problems I thought I would experience using a leave-in conditioner materialized which makes me so happy. I have even suggested to my husband give it a try. His hair gets dry and frizzy during the winter, probably from having the furnace on. So if you have some of the reservations I had about leave-in conditioner as I had, you might give this one a try

I love using this product. It leaves my hair soft and manageable after I blow dry it. It lessens frizz and but doesn't take away floof. I would definitely recommend 👌

I was hoping this leave-in conditioner would be a good replacement for the discontinued L'Oreal Elvive Total Repair 5 Rapid Reviver Deep Conditioner (rinse out version) that worked so well for my baby fine highlighted hair. Unfortunately, it's not even close. The discontinued leave-in version gave my hair so much body and helped tremendously with breakage, plus it had a pleasant light scent. I am currently using L'Oreal Volume Shampoo and Conditioner and it's OK, but the smell is overpowering and it does build up, so I have to switch it out every other time with another shampoo and conditioner. I'm also experiencing more breakage. I tried L'Oreal Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner, but that made my hair staticky... I'm trying out different brands in the meantime hoping to find something better!

This is the best leave in conditioner I have ever used!! My hair is fine but very wavy, almost curly. If I blow dry it get's frizzy so I tried this Loreal Elvive several years ago and have never tried another leave in conditioner since. It's reasonably priced, has a nice sent, travels well and doesn't leave hair weighed down, just nicely conditioned. Soft and lovely wavy curls. Very happy !!
