Fresh and good
Pieces range in size from about 1/3 inch cubed to small pieces with probably a lot more of the smaller ones. . They taste good and aren't too spicy and were great baked into scones.

Too small and hard for snacking
I bought these to help with nausea, but they are very small and hard. I like the ginger slices from the Nuts company that you can buy on Amazon a whole lot better. They are much bigger pieces, and softer too. They have a much better ginger flavor as well and they're more cost efficient! I'm sending these back.

Perfect for the Tummy!
I have systemic digestive problems related to a 27 year old spinal cord injury. I never know when indigestion and nausea will strike. Last night it happened right after dinner. I opened the first package I've ever purchased and ate three small cubes. My issues began resolving within moments and were completely resolved within the hour. I ate one at a time over the course of about 30 to 40 minutes. Goodbye Zofran that makes me feel terrible. HELLO to the great tasting, easy to eat, fresh ginger bites. They're not too sweet and not too spicy.
