This is the next best thing compared to GLP-1. I always wanted to search for a more natural way to reduce my blood sugar levels and I heard berberine is a great alternative than sticking a needle in my thigh. I struggle a lot of times with food noise and taking just one berberine pill before I eat seems to curb my hunger. It’s very effective. I personally haven’t had any issues with an upset stomach or nausea like other others may have had. But I think that’s because I make sure that I have carbs after I take one dose. The pills are small enough to easily swallow. Can’t recommend these enough. Just make sure you are consistent with use and you will see the long-term benefits. I lost about 5 pounds already by just using this one product and I know it’s because it’s helped me reduce my caloric intake.

Berberine, also known as "nature's metformin", is a wonderful supplement. This brand is also one of the number picks from Consumer Labs. It's what it says on the label. This brand has been tested for purity, safety, toxicity and cost per capsule and has passed all the rigorous testing. This brand and form of berberine works for me and is economical. I added it my subscription list.

I have high insulin resistance and can't tolerate Metformin so I turned to this to help. It isn't a one-to-one substitute, especially if you're looking to lose weight with it, but it does help slow weight gain. This version seems to help more than the regular version as well. I will definitely keep ordering this one for a long time!
