Packs came stuck together from the heat
The first time I ordered this I liked it so well that I ordered a second time and set up auto ship. The second shipment came in with the packages stuck together from the heat and when I pulled them apart they tore open making a huge mess of shock mixed with plastic. We did our best to pry them apart and lad them out separately. We covered them to protect them from the heat. Tonight I tried to shock the pool and the shock is rock hard, unusable, unless we can figure out a way to loosen it up.

Packaging
The shock is fine, but the cardboard literally turned to flakes - not a big deal, but I guess from storing it, the plastic bags were all stuck together and when I tore them apart the outsides were sticky - chemically sticky. It took soap and water with a brush to get my hands clean each time. I just ordered more, so we shall see if this packaging is better. Besides that - great product.

All the bags were stuck together as others have reported also this shock floats on the surface and doesn’t disolve

Inside box was completely rotted and all of the bags were stuck together. This is the worst ever item!
