I have had this ice roller for a few days and I have probably used it (at minimum) two times each day. I know there are some amazing benefits, but it has helped tremendously after I'm outside for a long time and I am really hot. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I'm using an ice pack and it starts to get warm after only using it for a couple minutes. I truly believe this thing would stay cold forever. No matter how long I am using it, it feels like it just came out of the freezer. MUST BUY!!

My therapist suggested I get a face roller to practice the TIPP scale when I’m in emotional distress, which involves changing your body temperature. I can keep this roller in the freezer as long as I want without damaging it. I haven’t been in a situation where I need to use it yet, but I practiced with it a few times and I can say that this is a great little roller. It feels great and it’s very convenient.

Great for my skin. I leave it in the freezer and then roll it on my face in the morning. It helps with puffiness and stays cold for awhile.

These are amazing! I recently developed rosacea and I have been looking for a way to cool my skin on my face down during flare ups and this has been a huge skin saver! A life saver! When the flare up comes on and I feel my face getting too hot, I grab one of these babies from my freezer and just start rolling it on my face, my neck, literally anywhere that’ll cool me off quick. And having two is the best. If one thaws out and I still need cooling off, I just grab the other one and pop the first one back in the freezer and start rolling away the heat. It’s amazing. The redness sort of sticks around but it feels so good to get cooled off!

This thing does wonders. Especially when you’re extremely tired and puffy.
