I absolutely love this, it’s become a staple in my kitchen and I just wish they sold larger sizes.The color is almost black as described and as pictured and the quality is amazing. It mixes perfectly in and I have had any clumping issues.The taste is out of this world and when I made chocolate fried donuts with it, they tasted like deep chocolate. I’ve tried making donuts with other cocoa powders but the flavor was never as deep as I wanted it to be until I started using this.Easy to use, the powder is very fine so can be a bit dusty when pouring it. I use quite a bit because I’m a chocolate addict but a little goes a long way.

Good quality. Adds nicely to recipes giving that extra chocolate boost. Texture is fine so no lumping in recipes.

No disappointment here. The deep dark chocolate color was beautiful. I made Applesauce Peanut Butter Brownies, which are very soft and fudge like, the recipe does not contain any flour. The chocolate was smooth. In my picture, the brownies had already gotten a little warm.

I make coffee with cocoa. Started with chocolate syrup. Tried this cocoa and I am sold. Dark and rich. Great flavor and it melts into liquid a bit easier than other cocoa.

As a professional baker, this is one of the finest, dark-black cocoa powders I have used! It gives me consistently excellent results, with the richest of chocolate flavors. Great flavor and fragrance. It's not the darkest black cocoa I've used but overall it's a great quality and works for what I need without costing a ton.
