I purchased these lifting straps from Amazon a couple of years ago for £21. Today I needed them and predictably I couldn't find them without an hour's searching.I needed to move a washing machine and cooker from the kitchen to the outdoors without damaging the doorway or step. These appliances are difficult to move because of the lack of places to grab and use as handles.The small photo instructions were sufficient. The two straps are placed in a cross shape under the appliance and then their ends are attached to the two loops on each of the harnesses worn by the two lifting people.There was slight confusion as the loops on our harnesses were black not silver as in the instructions. The loops on our straps were silver not black. Some time was required adjusting the strap length. However, once this was done the straps made moving the appliances very easy and safe.

Adjustable straps to lift heavy stuff very easy and convinient to lift once set up pair of gloves was very useful to move a 70 kg of Wasing machine easier to lift with a two ppl team. Definitely go for this product way and convinient. I had tried few other ones they didn't felt very reliable and over time they become brittle if stored.

This is the second type of this product I've tried. The first one I tried was a single strap version and whilst it worked fine the body harness was small and difficult for me to wear (6 foot tall, medium build) and impossible for my brother to wear (6 foot tall, frequent take-away build). This one is fine, the harness fits me and my brother fine, so it should be suitable for the vast majority of people.I bought this to keep in a drawer for those occasional times you need to move something heavy like a washing machine, fridge or mattress. I've known about these for years but only ever thought about buying them after the fact, well this time I decided to be prepared for the future.We needed a test item and we happened to have a heavy bulky box, waist height, at about 50KG. Without the straps, we could move it but without handles it was difficult and we had to stop to put it down every couple of feet. With the straps, well, what a difference. We were able to move it with ease, either with the body harness or even with just the straps over our wrists. I have no doubt this would make a big difference when moving a more challenging object like a washing machine, which is much heavier and often has sharp uncomfortable edges where you need to grip.I genuinely think that everybody should have a set of these around the house. I know most people wouldn't use them very often but for the times you do use them, they make such a big difference. They should be commonplace in every home.If I had one criticism, it would be the lack of instruction. I wouldn't knock it down a star for this but it does take a minute or two to get your head around the straps and even now, I'm not sure I'm adjusting them in the most efficient way. It comes with a single card of instructions with small, not so helpful pictures. If the manufacturer is reading this I think an instructional video on the sales page would be invaluable, the package could also contain a web address or QR code which links to the video too.One more thing, I found it funny that a system designed for two people comes with a single pair of gloves. I know a friend who was moving into a new home and me and him were the only ones available to move stuff in on the day they moved in so I bought this product in an attempt to reduce the load on us for heavy items. I was expecting it to help reduce the load quite significantly with claims that it can help lift stuff up to 800lbs and that it can make stuff feel 50% lighter but I just didn't feel that I must say. Also in terms of quality of the straps they rub against your clothes and can be quite painful when its stretching and ive noticed some of the fibers are starting to tear so I honestly have no idea how much longer this item will last. If someone asked me whether I think they should buy this product I'd unfortunately have to say no as it just hasn't impressed me enough for the price.

Easily one of my best purchases ever, for the couple of minutes it takes to position it is so worth it to lift something, this will make any tradesmans back and hands be grateful.

I bought this for moving items around ready for a kitchen install. It was very useful in particular for awkward items such as the American style fridge/freezer and large range oven. As there are no good lifting points on these cumbersome items these steaps were invaluable in making the job easier and more manageable.Good value for money and suitable for the intended task for.

Strong, durable. Did the job. Would use again when needed.

My wife and I are in our mid Seventies, we were having a new wood floor installed and that necessitated the moving of some fairly heavy pieces of furniture.I was very sceptical at first, did not think we could move our furniture at all, how wrong I was, once you get used to the harness, or simply using the adjustable straps, moving pieces became a simple operation.Good quality, well made, and for the price, very reasonable.I cannot imagine how much the hiring of professional movers would have been!

Gut geeignet, um eine schwere Waschmaschine, Trockner oder Matratze von 2 kräftigen Männer Wendeltreppen hinunter zu tragen. Hat bestens geklappt.

The media could not be loaded.  Achetées 20€ fin septembre 2018, elles m'ont bien servi depuis.J'ai été un peu déconcerté au début par le réglage de longueur mais, finalement, il est inutile de chercher la complication (vidéo, attention à ne pas se brûler…).Il est quand même bien plus pratique de prérégler les deux longueurs plutôt que d'essayer de le faire une fois les bretelles endossées et les sangles coincées sous le meuble !Dommage : une seule paire de gants ambidextres pour deux personnes.Le sac de rangement compense un peu …Selon votre taille et la largeur de l'objet à déplacer, attention aussi à la longueur min/max des sangles (je confirme les 1m65 et 1m90), les bretelles mesurant quant à elles 60cm.

I haven't used moving straps before, so I can't compare these to the quality of others, but I can say I am 100% happy with these. They have made moving furniture around (and even big boxes) so much easier I wish I had the first half a dozen times I'd moved house! A little weird it comes as a set of 2 but only one pair of gloves, but that's not a big deal in the end.

Mi sono sempre avvalso dell'utilizzo di cinghie recuperate dalle tapparelle , ma queste fanno veramente la differenza in quanto sono comodamente indossabili e regolabili.Molto pratica la sacca per riporle.Non capisco come mai la dotazione preveda solo un paio di guanti in quanto l'utilizzo è previsto per due persone
