I have a high traffic area which was always hard to keep up and the batteries charged/ I connected this to the doorbell and it does an amazing job of keeping up with constant triggered events and recording. My battery is never low anymore. It’s a great power supply for a constant supply of power. It was very easy to install. What I love most about this is that you still run off the battery as it charges, so if someone unplugs it, the camera still continues to record it all.

I don't have a place with an existing doorbell so was looking for just an AC plus with providing power to the Doorbell. Did exactly what I wanted with a good amount of length and affordable.

I was tired of charging my Google Nest Doorbell every other week or so and learned you could plug it in, after a quick installation I was up and running with no more need to charge, woohoo!Although I will admit I ignored the instructions to fully charge the doorbell before installing the power adapter and this came back to bite me, as I assumed it would simply just charge while it's plugged in... but no, it doesn't provide enough power to charge so I had to uninstall it... charge the doorbell... and finally reinstall it, I haven't had to touch it since 👌I did about as quick of a install as one could, but it does the job and I can worry about making it pretty later 🫠

The description claims it works with Blink doorbells, but it does not. Bummer, because the lower voltage was exactly what I wanted so as not to overheat and damage the unit. Three stars because the description is inaccurate, and it is a pain to have to return this thing now.

Don't ever buy this power adapter it's won't work at all. It built with poor quality and dangerous to use. Recently I bought this power adapter to power my doorbell camera. After connecting the power adapter to the doorbell camera when I switch it exploded with sparks not sure it also damaged the doorbell camera. So, please don't ever buy this power adapter choose something else from different company.
