I bought this product a year and a bit ago and it has covered me at home and when I am on holiday as I always fade my own hair. I love this product as it in expensive, looks and feels good as well as doing whatever I need it to, on my head. However, a week ago, I noticed an issue with the blade and I remembered I had warranty. So, I wrote a message to Jack&Rose explaining my situation. Within a few hours, they wrote back to me saying I had 2 years warranty and my clipper could be replaced. Within the weekend, they had sent me a brand new product fully functioning. I have yet to try out the new product fully as I do not need a hair cut atm, but more than the product I am impressed with their eagerness to kept their costumers happy. Thank you Jack&Rose. If any of you are planning to buy the product, do not hesitate, as the product does the work and they are very responsive and keen to help.

Franchement , rapport qualité prix au top , j'avais une Philips avant et celle là est vraiment mieux pour moins cher . L'ensemble est de bonne qualité , la coupe n'accroche pas et elle ne se bourre pas , la batterie était encore a 100 après 10 min d'utilisation . Très bon coffret.
