Decent Replacement
The original popped off and my husband put it somewhere, which is a mystery. This replacement worked. Pro-tip: When storing, tape this thing on your unit with packing tape.

I have been trying to figure out why my carpet cleaner wasn’t working, like it had in the past.Well, without this part, it never would have.The size couldn’t be better if it was hand made for my carpet cleaner.It’s perfect.It is good quality plastic also. It is NOT CHEAP, thin nor flimsy. Quite the opposite. Good, solid plastic.I was concerned it would not fit or work because I saw the idea is frequently returnedI double checked the model # for my particular carpet cleaner, and verified this was a good fit.When it arrived, I was happily surprised.It was good, strong. And solid plastic. Even better, it snapped right into place when I tried it.My machine works great now. This piece was the key. It is absolutely perfect.Took no time to order and receive.!

Not worth the money
I first checked Amazon for the nozzle, then I checked the Hoover site. I decided to purchase the nozzle from Amazon because it was cheaper and shipping was free and I would get it in 2 days. Hoover charges shipping and it would take much longer to be delivered. When the nozzle was delivered I attached it to the carpet cleaner and started the cleaning process. Nothing happened because the cleaning solution was not flowing through the nozzle. When I checked the nozzle I realized the opening on the nozzle was smaller than the opening on the machine for the solution to flow through. I then decided to purchase the nozzle from Hoover. The 1st photo is of the nozzle on the Hoover site. The 2nd photo is of the nozzle on the Amazon site. The two photos look the same even though they are from 2 different sites. When I received the actual nozzle it looked nothing like the photo, which is the 3rd photo. Please don't waste your money.

Perfect fit!
Mistakenly threw out this part. Thought I would have to order a new steamer. Luckily this part fit perfectly and saved me the money I would have spent on a new machine. Very happy with this purchase.
