My lateral ligament was pinched/injured. After looking at multiple sleeves I chose the Copper compression sleeve. I ordered the Medium size using the size chart. It fit perfect, as I don’t have very big legs. After about 3 weeks of wearing it all day and slipping an ice pad during the evening, taking it off to sleep. I generally walk approx 3-4 miles a day at work, so after walking with a significant limp for about 3 weeks the pain has almost vanished and the pain has subsided. I still wear it as I have arthritis in both knees but never as bad as this past few months. Definitely recommend!!!

This was a godsend until I could get in to the orthopedic immediate care and get some steroid shots. You get 2 in a pack. They helped A LOT with support for that "wobbly" unstable knee-about-to-give-out feeling.The top/thigh edge rolls down a little, with wear (for me, an 8 hour work day, plus walking or taking the shuttle bus between remote parking and my job, in the morning and back again at the end of the day). Even with the Velcro straps, the top edge rolls a little. I thought the straps were for support, but actually the sleeve is supportive enough on it's own - like a compression sock, except solely for the knee.But after using these several times, I now think the Velcro straps are to keep the upper (thigh) edge from rolling down. Because, without them, the top/thigh edge would definitely roll all the way down, & no longer cover the thigh above the knee.So, the straps are still useful - just not for the reason they appear to be for.

This is a replacement for another brand that wore out. I really like this because I can wrap as tight as I want due to the straps will affix to anywhere on this item. I use it for softball due to DVTs in the past and hamstring strain. Since using these I have had zero problem. I may start wearing these rather than my compression socks while travelling on planes.

They are amazing if you need some support but not too much. They work well and the velcro doesn't move. If you watch the video you won't have problems with putting it on so it's pretty easy. It helps with the pain I get from unstable joints. The reason I took off a star is it's a little tight even though I measured my thigh 🙁. I will only use them at home because walking in them feels like having a rope around my thigh. Definitely measured and get a size bigger than it says. Remember, you can always tighten it with straps.
