The brisket shipped quickly and came packed very securely, and most importantly, still frozen through.There were helpful and clear instructions for reheating and carving that would be useful if you’re not familiar with handling this large cut of beef.I opted to reheat the brisket whole in a sous vide, 2 hours @ 165F. I then separated the point and flat, slicing the flat and chopping the point. The flat was a little dry but had a good balance of smoke and seasoning needing some sauce. The point was superb on its own and chopped for a bbq sandwich. If I am to do it again I would separate the two muscles before reheating and reheat the flat with some butter and liquid.As someone who is familiar with smoking my own brisket I am very impressed with the quality I was able to order on amazon. The price is well worth the time and effort savings if you don’t have the desire or expertise to smoke a brisket yourself.

I’ve ordered this brisket now 4 different times. It’s absolutely amazing. Hands-down the best brisket I’ve ever had. it also arrived on time.

The quality of the brisket was excellent, and re-heating was very easy. You will need to check the internal temperature depending on your oven, but the smokey flavor and tender fat held through the re-heat. Worth every penny and feeds a ton of people.
