My mom wears adult diapers and sometimes she gets spots of extreme irritation. These gel pads are thin and about the diameter of a bandaid, but she says they help. They cling to skin without tape or adhesive. They are sticky, but more like Saran wrap sticky, not gum sticky. Each pad is sandwiched between a clear separator and a blue separator that keep the pads moist. You can use them over skin protectant cream. They don't have a smell. They are moist, but not wet. There's no liquid in the container. They seem expensive, but for how much Mom loves these and for as helpful as they are in keeping irritations from getting worse, they are worth the money. When you're looking for a solution you will try anything once and these were absolutely a win for her.

Rating four stars only because of the packaging. These come in a resealable plastic container. but the pads are all stuck together and difficult to separate. It's really annoying and I see myself wasting quite a lot of the pads because of how they're packaged. That said, they're still a great price and do the job. They're tacky and provide great relief and protection for blisters. Despite the issues I've wrote about, the price is still great with expected waste priced in and the pads do the trick, so I'll give them 4 stars.

I’m a ballet dancer and these are great for pointe. I’ve been using these for a few years now and have even got my friends on them too. I’ve had pain in my big toe no matter what I do, so I always put two of these on the corner of my toenail and then wrap it in some white paper tape, and it stays in place and helps so much. They work for pain from the occasional blister as well. I love how many you get, because one purchase lasts me a while.

I got these for my track athlete. They worked great!

This is the most perfect relief for blisters, scrapes and hot spots on your feet and I imagine any small abrasion. It is cooling and soothing — it just feels wonderful. Easily cuttable down to smaller sizes, we would secure them with medical tape or band aids. However, I do not think it is a good idea to walk directly on these. They feel very slippery — like walking on gum or a gel stress ball — your foot will struggle to find purchase if you’re walking more than a few steps. We used them mostly after a long day of walking at Disney.UPDATE 3-25-23After grabbing a hot pan with my bare hand and yelling some expletives, I couldn’t find relief from anything except keeping my fingers on an ice pack which isn’t particularly practical to sleep. I also work with my hands and had to work the following day — so I was worried that my work would be impacted. I remembered I had these and in desperation put them on my throbbing fingertips. Voila. The solution. I was able to sleep with the pain greatly relieved. When I woke up, the patches had withered, having spent their moisture keeping my fingers cool overnight. I removed them and found I had had no blisters develop, despite grabbing a pan right out of the oven. I was able to work with no problems and no pain the next day — which is a huge relief but honestly I didn’t think the results would be this great! A must have for EVERY first aid kit!
