I don't understand the negative reviews for this medical device. It's extremely well designed and very simple to use. It's helpful to watch BOTH of the two videos on how to use it on Amazon. I just received it, so I can't speak to it's effectiveness yet, but I'm hopeful it will help my chronic sinus congestion!

This is an interesting device and it feels well made and has a nice big bright easy to read display.The red light is very bright and it has good penetration of the skin.it comes with two types of probes, one set is for internal use for your nostrils and another set for external use.The nostril probe is easy to clip on and extends far up into the nasal cavity.The cord length is good and the probes stay in well enough without use of the included tape.The control box feels sturdy and well made but is light and compact.It has three light intensity settings and 6 different off time settings that range from 10 minutes to one hour in ten minute increments.The device includes a charger and it will not charge with other USB type C to C chargers or with PD chargers.

The plastic feels cheap, and it just doesn't work.

I don't understand the bad reviews on this thing. Does it feel cheap? Yes. Does it do the job? Very much, yes. I wish I could say the impact this had for me, but those tend to get flagged for some reason. Suffice it to say I would pay for another if it ever breaks. The plastic does indeed feel cheap, but the part that actually clips onto your nose feels decently made and stays in place just fine. I do wish I could angle it downward a little bit more without using tape or some other means to hold it there, but looping the cord over my ear seems to help angle it how I want it. The instructions leave much to be desired, as they don't tell you hardly anything, but it is pretty straight-forward. Charge it with the included usb cable (it also comes with the charging brick), plug the lights into the bottom of the device, put it in place, hold the "on" button and then press it again to start. You can change the intensity and the time. I wish I knew about this thing a long time ago. Game changer.
