Wow.... stubborn birds stopped building nests where we put these. Gutter and behind a fence. Plan to add more under the porch eave.

Worked great no birds harmed a great deterrent.

Easy to use - and we have not had any bird issues since putting them up.

...and I am pretty sure he's winning. You see, I built a bird feeder that is clear and sticks to the window so that we can watch the birds come and feed. It's is on the side of the house far from trees or anything else so I was pretty confident that squirrels would not be an issue. That was very naive of me as they are very wily creatures who can problem solve remarkably well. So before long, this guy (or gal) figured out how to climb up onto the nearest structure (a small shed about 6 feet away) and gauge the distance just right so that he can jump and stick the landing without falling off. It's actually quite amazing. I wouldn't even mind him getting some of the food for his effort but he gets into the feeder and eats it all and scares the birds away in the process.So now it's game on. I have to figure out a way to get him from being able to stick the landing. That is where the bird spikes come in. I'm hoping to mount them on top of the feeder so there is no "landing pad" for him to jump onto. I'm also planning to put some where he is launching from (roof of small shed).Time will tell if this plan - and these spikes - work, but I am hopeful maybe this time I can defeat this freakishly smart fur ball. I will try to post an update once I figure out if my plan has or has not worked...

These worked great for our squirrel problem! We had a squirrel who was chewing out metal vents on top of the roof. We installed these on the fence line where he was getting up at, and now he cannot get up on the roof anymore! Much better than the short spikes on the sheets.

These spikes definitely keep the pigeons away and still doing the job since I bought them last year. However, the spikes won’t remain a shiny silver color. After one month they changed to a dull grey with brown rusty streaks. Not pretty but still keeps birds away.

They’re amazing! I put 2 of them on top of my garage door opener & it did the trick. No more birds trying to build nests. Very impressed how easily it worked.

Bought this so the birds wouldn’t put a nest on top of my speaker or in my Gutters didn’t do nothing. They put the nest on top of it actually since I tie up those spikes on, I cannot even get the nest down right now
