This cape is fabulous, great quality and fit for my grandson's cosplay. He literally puts it on all the time and dresses up whenever he feels like it (he is 9) and just hangs out in the house wearing it. It is warm as well. Will be using it for ren faire next fall (2025)

I bought this for my son for Halloween, and a different brand for myself and a larger size, and my son adores this cloak. It's well into April, and my son still wears it to school everyday. He has put this thing through the wringer, I sincerely appreciate how this cloak is connected at the neck. I needed something with a class to protect my makeup and hair and not to destroy my beautiful cloak, but my nearly 10 year old has no such qualms. We have run, jumped off of tall things, accidentally had it stepped on when we were bending down to tie shoes, it is held up even to cats. We were our cloaks all through the winter time, and he claims that wearing a sweater under it makes him too hot, and just like my cloak from a different brand, you really just need a long t-shirt under it. Later this winter my mother is going to teach me how to sew a faux fur liner into it, for historical gatherings we're going to do as a family. This is a great purchase, my son really truly loves it, when he gets a bit bigger we will definitely be coming back to this store to order more. All of my nieces and nephews want one of their own now 🤭

The material feels wool-adjacent and is decently warm. Craftsman ship is solid. The color is lighter in person. Not the deep blue of the photos, but still a handsome enough shade. Ordered the Small for a kid. Since these are pretty much a hooded poncho, they fit an adult about the same as a kid, which is pretty versatile.

This "hooded cape" is a heavier fabric and made well and fits well.- I would purchase again.I THOUGHT I was ordering the "costume" pictured.My bad.I guess I should have read the product description since the item name is misleading.
