Great quality oats
They’re organic and nonGMO, a good choice since they had all those recalls earlier this year, these weren’t in that group.

Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, USDA Organic
I prefer the old style rolled oats. No spice, no sugar, no doodads in them. I cook them so the oat flakes retain their shape, and don't melt into goo. Our mkt only carries the broken down type of oats, loaded with flavors and even sugar. So when I saw these oats were organically grown, that impressed me, because glyphosate is often in traditional growing methods. I really enjoy my plain, softly boiled oat flakes with a dash of salt and a little milk. Warming familiar flavor for wintering mornings, for folk who don't need colors, gimmicks, and spices and sugar.

Great value, great product
This was one of the first things I ordered online at the beginning of COVID-19 lockdown last spring.Since then I've re-ordered twice. Good flavor, nice package (resealable), and arrives at my door. Even though in a city with many stores, some products are thin, including organic things (and of course paper goods) still.About all I can say about oatmeal offhand! A good product this, and good value/size for organic.

Superior flavor to other brands
I tried another posh brand in reaction to the rather extreme price hike on this product. Fortunately for Quaker, the flavor and consistency of this product is noticeably superior. I am a little upset with the new price, though.

Tasty and Fresh
Our old-fashioned style oatmeal arrived in perfect condition, was fresh tasting, and had a "best before" date that was a year and five months in the future. I appreciate that the bags weren't full of oat crumbs like some of the other organic brands that I've tried; the crumbs result in mushy oatmeal. We eat this almost every day with fresh fruit and walnuts: a very healthy breakfast that doesn't result in a dose of pesticides for us or the fields where the oats are grown. I just wish that Quaker would package these organic oats in the large cardboard container that they use for the non-organic variety rather than in plastic bags.
