Very nice doorbell and transformer and a reasonable price. Easy to setup and works perfectly with Ring Wired Doorbell Pro. Nothing fancy about it, but it rings and works with my Ring Doorbell. Will recommend.

Easy to install. I had an outlet near the ceiling and just put a plug on the wires, leaving me with just having to run the outside push button wires. It sounds great with plenty of volume.

I live in an apartment, so all I had to do was disconnect the three wires, re-connect them to this device and I was good to go! No more anxiety-inducing buzzing sound that sounds like it's from a horror movie lol. The step that took the longest was figuring out which wires go to the transformer, door bell, and front door bell. I ordered this because I wasn't sure if I needed a transformer and this was somehow cheaper than the chime by itself through Amazon Warehouse (looked completely new when I got it), but I found out while installing that I did not need the transformer. My only issue with it is that it has a strong chemical smell that I can smell at my desk 6 feet away from the chime, and this is mounted a few feet higher than my desk. It's bearable but just thought that anyone looking at this would want to know about this smell. If it goes away within the next week or two, I will update my review to 5 stars.

Looks nice, the sound is perfect. It was easy to install

I liked that it worked when I had to replace my broken doorbell! The price was fair. I wasn't sure what the problem was, but the new doorbell worked. It offers two different sounds. I found the traditional sound more useful. But, the second sound is for a different door opening. It can be used for two doors.

My contractor installed door bell crapped out after just 6 months (new house). I bought this to replace it and it was plug and play, I didn't even have to swap the button on the outside.

The front door chime (Ding Dong) works good but the back door chime (Dong) is not loud enough.

If your doorbell isn't working, this has all teh parts you need to get it working again. Just keep swapping out parts till it works again. Start with the button since that is the most likely failure point.

Seguramente en el manejo, algún golpe, hizo los dos remates plásticos sujetadores de una de las laminillas que dan sonido llegaran rotos. Parece buen timbre pero quedó incompleto.
