25mm X 25mm not exactly 1 inch square
The material is good but the bar dimensions are metric 25 x 25 not imperial ,1" x 1". If you are working it with hand tools it will be fine but you will need to adapt any CAD work if you plan to machine it.

Nice quality, many usages
I really liked these aluminum bars. I used them for creating a mounting bracket for an intercooler in my car. The pieces were very consistent in appearance and size. They are quality aluminum. I was able to bend them pretty aggressively and they did not break. I was also able to cutbthem and drill them easily. Overall very pleased with these and will purchase again for any future projects
