Does it stand well, even when very full, or falls/leans forward?

it does better than others but it will fall or lean forward depending on what's in it and how it was packed

How many wheels does this rolling backpack have?

4 wheels and they all rotate 360 degrees.

Can the bag fit easily under passenger seat in flight? Thanks.

I was able to fit it! It just depends on how much you stuff in it - it was a tight fit for me, but it went.

Carry on - what size is rated for carry on in the overhead bin?

I use it all the time with my travel. Due to arthritis in my shoulder, I could no longer use my other backpack in the fast pace of an airport. I can't sling on and off without a flat surface to put it on back one arm at a time. Wheels also assist in me in putting in overhead bends in place. Very spacious and sturdy. This has been a lifesaver. Love it.
