Iron with Folic Acid & Spinach Extract Supplement - is great to start with if you have PCOS symptoms or otherwise for general women’s overall body health. I was especially excited to get this one since it also contains Iron, Zinc, Vitamin C, Folic Acid & Vitamin B12 which are all need by young adults as were as peri menopausal women like me .

Effective but very high acid effect
I believe this is effective however this makes my tummy hurt a lot. Iron supplements usually have this effect.

Great - but please make sure to discuss with your doctor.
I got this for my teenager, and she started to feel the differences in like a week. she has lack of iron, and this really helped her a lot. Very good, but please always make sure to check with your doctor before using any medicine/vitamins/supplements.

Stomach disorder and fart a lot
After taking this for 2 days I fart a lot and had stomach disorder I took just 1 pill a day due to my stomach disorder I had to stop taking the product
