Van Roof Ladder Rack, 2 Bars, Heavy Duty Aluminum Roof Rack Cross Bar(Drilling Required) Universal Pickup Topper Ladder Rack(Black)

I have a short bed, GMC Sierra, needed a rack system that was easy to install to mount fly rod holders to. They work perfect. It probably took me longer to measure them out, then it did to drill the holes and install them. A second person is handy to have help, to be on the inside for tightening bolts.

replacement for the ones that were put on cap of my truck bed by previous owner , cheaper in price and much stronger , was able to adapt them to the rails with no modification necessary , now if need be i can shorted the distance between them , no new holes to drill -- great price 150 vs over 500 for another brand name ( THULE ) who no longer makes the one that was installed originally

I bought the black version and mounted it on my Snugtop camper shell. All the bolts that come with this are stainless allen head bolts. My shell has a double layer roof but the bolts were long enough to get through it. The eye bolts and accessory brackets are also stainless. The aluminum cross bar is very beefy; the camper shell will give out before these do.Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is that the top and bottom mounting surfaces on one of the cross bar supports were out of parallel and I had to make a small shim to keep it from twisting the bar slightly. The supports are welded so I couldn’t just bend it back into alignment.The end caps are just rubber. Not sure what the loop at the end is for but since it’s just rubber you can’t run a tie down strap through it.All in all a good alternative to the over-priced and over-engineered roof racks out there.

I was skittish at first but when I got this I knew I got the best one on Amazon available. Wanted the black one but it would have taken to long to get so I got the white one and painted it to match the truck. Went together smoothly. Good, solid, quality parts. I used the leer topper mounts with 6mm bolts, no issues.

Too light and don’t trust it

High quality material, all stainless and aluminum. Everything was included for an easy install. Lots of tie down points.

Easy to adjust and is a breeze to put together and mount it. Only thing is I had to go to Home Depot to get longer screws since my topper was double layered. Not a big deal

Very nice aluminum roof rack. Installed it on my truck topper. Bolts weren't long enough to make it through topper. Maybe after compressing all the rubber they would be long enough. A trip to the hardware store for longer bolts solved the issue.
