Greenhurst Swivel Top Side Table in a Mahogany Finish with a Hidden Storage Compartment and Shelves

Excellent quality product. Very easy to assemble. Looks smart. Good instructions.You do require a cross-head screwdriver as well as the supplied allen key.Very quick delivery.

Delivery was quick. My son put the table together in about 20 minutes. The space under the swivel top is handy to put small items in. I have not used it yet as I am waiting until my new sofa etc is delivered.

I had to return the 1st table I ordered as the top was scratched and the heads of the screws were faulty with lumps of metal on the top which meant I couldn't put the table together. The replacement table arrived quickly and in good condition; unfortunately the holes in the underneath of the bottom shelf were out of alignment with the holes in the L-shaped brackets meant to attach the shelf securely to the table legs which in turn holds all the shelves tightly in place. In order to fit the brackets correctly, I had to resort to some DIY and drill new holes in the shelf - it didn't take long but a bit frustrating all the same.On the positive side, I needed a small table in dark wood with storage space to fit in a small space and this is the only one I could find that fitted the bill.

I bought two Greenhurst tables with swivel tops recently, one light oak and one mahogany, for elderly members of the family and both are delighted with them.They were easy to assemble, with pre-drilled screw holes that aligned well and because the swivel top came already connected to the fixed top the assembly was simple. Once assembled they are sturdy with no indication that they are self-assembly rather than bought ready-made.The assembly instructions state that 2Kg is the maximum weight to be put on the swivel top. The only concern would be whether the swivel tops could loosen over time but at the moment (several weeks after purchase) there is no indication that they will do so. There was a slight mark on both tables but nothing serious.

This table arrived in appalling condition and is a piece of trash.It arrived in a box within a big box, very over packaged. The inner box looked like it had already been opened and sellotaped together again. I unpacked the table top first as it was the top item and when I saw the state of it I did not unwrap any more, I had seen enough, scratches and scrapes right through to the cream colour under the brown stain, There may be damage to the rest of the table but I didn't bother to look as the table is a reject of the first order.I have photos of it all but can't see any way to up them to here which is a shame because it's unbelievable how anyone could send this and think it would be ok. the table is not the colour as depicted on the web. Instead of a rich brown woody hue as depicted there is actually a horrible dirty khaki hue to it.

Very easy peasy to assemble, even for a DIY luddite like myself. Also once built it looks absolutely great! Shelves very handy for magazines. Solidly made. I bought two!
