These are at such a great price and deliver waaaayyy more omega 3s than the popular brands everyone seems to think are good. If you compare labels you’ll realize most brands don’t give you a meaningful dose. Most brands you’d have to take 4 to 6 giant pills to get the dose these give you in 2 pills. No after taste all day when you burp. These are excellent. Second to none.

Based on what ive gathered, the amounts of epa dha I need daily will be more than covered in these pills. Im honestly using this in hopes of lowering my cholesterol number which isnt real high but slowly creeping up. This combined with bp things I'm taking hopefully will help get me off bp med. (I am NOT a big pharma fan AT ALL). Im taking an extra pill for a week or 2 to get body primed then I will cut back to one pill a day. No fish burps or ill effects thus far. This vitamin was recommended in multiple places so that gives me more confidence in my selection.
