Awesome quality, fits my DWE7491rs like a glove - snug as a bug in a rug. The 4 pack for the price is really really handy too. I do not use the leveling screws as so far it does not look like I need them, but hanging onto them just incase. Great product here!!

These were very accurate to my table saw, just a few adjustments on the provided screws and they were flush with the table top. They were easy to use and functional. Build quality - made out of mdf so I would imagine moisture could distort them at some point, so keep them dry. Just pop one in, set your fence so it is over the insert (but not where the blade comes through), turn your saw on and raise the blade until it is through. These help with dust collection and keeping the dust going out the back port.

Nice product at great price. Why would anyone spend the time to make their own inserts? Fit was perfect.

These are just painted MDF, not very robust. Just know what you’re getting for the price. Nothing like the quality of the phenolic ones. Okay maybe for specialty zero clearance uses like Dado stacks or angles. Dimensionally a good match for the DW746.

They are a perfect fit and the leveling screw plates lined up fine. I did need to cut about 1/2" off the back of my riving knife to clear the slot. I didn't mind doing that because I never use the blade guard which clips on to the hook that is now gone.But my one disappointment is a biggie. From the pictures I thought that yellow surface was mica, or a hard melamine at least. But it's just paint. It's raggedy around the edges and it's high friction. It seems prone to peeling and bunching up. This paint coating is not at all suitable for any high-wear work surface.I will need to fix this by laminating mica, and re-cutting the slots. I can do this but wasreally hoping to save time by ordering a pre-made product.

Mounting screws are too short, It fit right in with no problems. Other than that, it works great. After getting it set up. I tried to screw it down and noticed the screws were barely going through the insert. I have the Dewalt 7491.

These are awesome inserts! As stated by others, the pointed adjusting screws aren't the best idea (they work however). If they could find a flat bottom screw it would be even better. That said, I just took a file and knocked the point down a bit and they work great. These fit the DeWalt 7491RS (with riving knife) perfectly. Definitely will buy again and recommend to others.
