I've let some posture issues go unchecked for a long time and this has helped me.The adjustable straps help in pulling my shoulders back as I always feel as though I'm sinking into myself. This pulls them back and helps to keep proper form. After a long day being hunched over, I noticed little to no pain and was able to move about freely the next day.The nylon straps hold tight and the neoprene-like material stretches nicely. After extended use, it will rub the armpits and cause a little discomfort. It was suggested to wear for 2 hours and I pushed it to 8 hours. This is very low profile, I didn't notice any obvious lines in a dress shirt, polo, or t-shirt. Friends failed to notice as well. The velcro that secures the waistband and nylon straps is strong and doesn't break loose. Its also very convenient and quick to adjust and offers support in the spot between my shoulder blades that gives me issues.I'm glad I took a chance on this, hopefully it will help you as well.

I purchased the VOKOKOYA Posture Corrector to help improve my posture, and while it does its job, it’s not always the most comfortable to wear for extended periods. The brace is adjustable, which is great for getting a snug fit, but at times it feels a bit bulky and difficult to keep in place for long hours.I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture, especially while sitting at my desk, so it does work as advertised. However, it takes some getting used to, and I find that I can’t wear it for a whole day without feeling a bit uncomfortable. It’s great for short sessions to help remind me to sit or stand up straight.Overall, I think it's a useful tool if you need to correct your posture, but if comfort is a priority, you might want to consider wearing it in shorter intervals.

My posture is improving

This actually works really well and the band is comfortable. Wearing it isn’t that comfortable to to my bad posture. I don’t wear it a lot because my posture is really bad and this makes me really fix it but. If your stronger then me try it.

It is fabulous. I wear it when I go for a walk. I feel great.

Bought for Husband, but he was just too tall for it to work properly but he said it would have been nice if it hit him in right places.

No lower back support at all. Comfortable in the upper back but I need all my back supported. I’m returning it

I wear this 3 to 4 hours a day to help me become more aware of my posture. It seems to be working. I don’t mind wearing it; but it is a little difficult to put on. I bought this model to replace another one that was bulkier, and stiffer, and heavier; but no more effective. I’m 5‘9“ tall and weigh 170 pounds. I have to have an XL; and this one just fits.
