Best product, have been using for over 20 years

I purchased this for my annual update. Cost less than buying from Quicken and worked perfect. I am set for another year now.

I have used Quicken for many years. Quicken product at a more reasonable price.

Didn't load and now I am stuck with some Quicken software that doesn't fully load

I've used Quicken since the 90s and have had the standalone versions, most recently Quicken 2017. When I got a new laptop the software wouldn't load the data file - a problem many have had and like me, feel it's a way to force people into a subscription. I had no choice but to move to the online version. What's shocking is that it is IDENTICAL to 2017 standalone version. I at least expected flashier graphics, maybe some additional analysis reports. But it is the exact same product. I've always kept a backup of my data file in the cloud so that's not a unique benefit for me. Quicken has created a cash cow with a subscription product in which they invest nothing in improvements.

This used to be a great product, but alas, the "subscription model" has ruined it. Not sure why I need to "update it every year" and even more often than that. Don't like the "updating" of stocks since "sale" of stock usually results in manual entries and errors. Best feature is being able to download the credit card purchases and bank statements for end of month balancing. I'll most likely keep using it, but really hate the subscription aspect!

On time and works fine. No cd. Just an activation code.

Subscription is getting too expensive for basically the same tool with very few enhancements.
