I don’t understand…I wrote that I didn’t receive this item & got an email later in the day saying that I need to return for a replacement?? How can I return what I never received?I’ve used this product before and wanted extra “smell absorbant” fto use after I’ve rejuvenated the original product so many times that it’s no longer as effective in removing odors. Maybe I misunderstood something but I can’t return something that I never received to have it replaced.******Update to review: I didn’t receive the 1st one of these when I received a delivery confirmation…eventually it was delivered. Either it got lost for a while or ended up on a neighbor’s porch…not unusual on our small street w/only 9 houses so could’ve been put on my porch by a neighbor. In any event, I did get an email from the seller ((I think) but for some reason yahoomail wouldn’t let me respond to it. I apologize to them for not waiting longer to write my first review and any misunderstanding. I only need to refill the original bag w/the odor absorb at 1-2 times a year as don’t get many mice, maybe because I use bait traps outside.I’ve recently found that the bag of Smelleze doesn’t have to be super close to the source of the odor and it still absorbs the odor. I have an unusually sensitive nose so smell a dead mouse in the basement or garage before it’s been dead very long (always check my sticky traps) . There wasn’t a place to hang the bag as close to the sticky trap than I usually do for 1 of them but it still absorbed the smell within 36 hours.

I have a closet with a bad smell which I believe is a dead rat or squirrel behind the drywall. I tried this product over two weeks and it did not reduce the smell at all.

This product is amazing! I live in a rural area so animals are common. But when a groundhog started digging under our sidewalk and ended up dying, the smell was horrific outside the house and even seeped through the concrete and made our basement smell. I was hopeless. Honestly ready to move out for a few months until it got better. Then I came across this product. For the cost, I thought it surely was not going to work but what did I have to lose. I ordered one bottle and sprinkled the granules around the sidewalk and down the foundational area. Within hours it was almost completely better. So I decided to order another bottle and sprinkled the granules all along the front of my house by the sidewalk and near grassy area. Then put some in a dish down in the basement. The smell was gone and has not returned. Well worth the money in value and performance. Will use again if I God forbid should have to. I have also already recommended this product to multiple individuals for various smell reasons. Buy it!

, I put half in hose made bags and put in area last night no results- the rest I left in open on plastic plates - today no results .the product has no smell- will see what happensNot sure it’s worth the priceNot sure if a dead mouse - or what no evidence foundTomorrows we are going to fill tub with bleach and let water run - possible smell is coming from bathroom that is not usedMonday I’m going to resort to Mint oils , issue is vents are in ceiling

You may have to reapply after removing the dead rodent.

This stuff drastically reduced the smell of some animal under my deck.

First - this product doesn’t have any scent. I had some dead rat carcasses stuck in a wall where they couldn’t be removed without damaging the wall. I sprinkled the product over the carcasses. There wasn’t any noticeable difference and the stench remained.A large Costco oversized baking soda box did the trick. The baking soda overpowered and eliminated the stench. The box of baking soda was only around $5 and solved my issue.This product was underwhelming.
