S.. make sure the ear "tabs" that look like shark fins are centered meaning it is seated right otherwise the ear bud will NOT charge. thr left ear bud would only charge up to 50% while right was 100%. I thought it was defective until I was cleaning them and noticed it was off-centered. I aligned them and no charging issues. I take out both with each charged at 100%. ***see photo***

These are phenomenal, they look great and hold a good charge! They are nice and small and very durable, they have handled being put through the wash multiple times no issue. The sound is clear I just wish they would go louder

Fairest price for an actual quality pair of earbuds. Raycon burned me; these are cheaper, sleeker and have greater functionality. Love the extra buds and bands to help fit better (the wing tips hurt my ears, was very happy to find I could remove them). I really like the app too- I have a samsung phone and it's nice having the app widget right there. Super easy switching connection between my phone and laptop, which was a huge pain before. Noise canceling works amazing and I like the option for white noise too. Audio quality sounds good to me, though I'm no audiophile. Battery life is pretty good and earbuds charge quickly upon return to the case. I could go on and on about these earbuds- if you're looking for quality with a reasonable budget, give these a try.
