Product is amazing!
We bought a tv stand with a fireplace insert and it sucked! Bought this fireplace insert as a replacement and it is the best thing ever! It looks great and I love all the features it offers, especially the remote! It’s on the quieter side, you can still definitely hear it but it is not loud and will not cause an interruption. I also really really love that it has a motion sensor so when my cats get too close to it , it shuts itself off!! Very pleased.

Handy dandy heat
This item came in a box with screws. I replaced this heater with a floor heater. It was a perfect fit. Please measure correctly. My cousin came and assembled it in 15 minutes. It is 100% better than the replacement heater that came with the item. Will definitely purchase again. You can truly feel the heat coming out. The remote really helps to make it an excellent product.

Heat Works! Great Ambiance!
I love this addition to my coffee bar(s). This was easy to install (X2). The heat works great for my small room and beyond. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the flame height could be a little higher and a little more realistic looking.

Can't have a real fireplace...but I have even better now
Fit into my TV cabinet, I measured, but didn't know how nice of fit. Plus stands by itself and is secure. Really nice flame levels. Perfect with a glass of wine!

This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s really meant to be mounted in a cabinet, but I mounted it in a standard 2x4 framed wall. The pallet slats gave me an additional 3/4” space, so it does have a little breathing room. It does have a vent for drawing cool air in the back..

DO NOT BUY
Product only works for a about 2 minutes and shuts down. Does not provide enough heat. Highly disappointed in this product for the cost I paid.
