Exact replacement - vacuum is good as new!
This is an exact replica of the factory one. Save time and money and order this one as it was cheaper and came faster than ordering direct from Dyson.My dyson is over 10 years old and works just fine except for the damaged hose. I was worried I would have to replace the entire vacuum but decided to try and fix it myself first. I’m so glad that I did!Set up was easy and intuitive. It took less than 5 minutes to remove old hose and attach replacement.Tip: first impression was that this was shorter than my exisiting hose but I quickly realized it was just because mine was stretched out from years of use.

Just like the factory original.
This item arrived on time and in good condition. The original hose split, according to my husband, because I was using it incorrectly (?). This replacement fits and works just as well as the original. (Note that the original lasted for over 10 years before it split.).

Good replacement, but tools no longer click in to attach to hose
I liked the fact that it was supposed to be an exact/better replacement Dyson hose for mine that started coming apart a the seams and would no longer "fit" onto the wand and allow it to click back into place.Upon using the hose with the attachment tools I found that it no longer allows the tools to click/lock onto the hose to prevent them from coming off. This was one of the main reason I had previously gone with a Dyson vs another popular brand. I guess it is what it is as I need a hose to vacuum. Just buyer beware if that's something you're specifically looking for this does not do that.

Excellent fit!!
I was worried because I have a 13 yo DysonIt fits perfectly!!So nice to have a new hose on my Dyson. Should have replaced it years ago!

Broke a month after buying it
This product broke five days after my return window closed. So now I get to throw it away and spend the same amount of money on the actual Dyson store because I'm not buying knock off crap again.
