1. For the price, the frames are extremely light gauge metal. Surprisingly light for what you pay. These should have been made out of a heavier gauge.2. For the price, they should have welded and ground the arm rests. Small detail, but noticeable for a set that costs as much as these do.3. The cushions are very firm. This is not a lounging chair, this is a sitting chair. If you're looking for something to kick your feet up in and relax these are likely not for you. If you're looking to set a few of these up around a fire pit and chat with friends & family then these will do just fine.4. Be prepared to rent a dumpster for all the packaging. You will have tons of Styrofoam, cardboard, and PE bags to throw away. I'm surprised that there aren't more environmentally-friendly ways to package these overseas. If you buy 4 of these like we did, you'll spend a few afternoons cutting down cardbaord and sweeping up all the foam remnants.5. They take about 15 minutes per chair to assemble--most of that time is removing the packaging. Assemble is really easy, but there's no getting around how much packaging you have to deal with.6. Christopher Knight makes very elegant/modern looking outdoor furniture but you should know they are making a huge profit off basic/low-cost, imported materials. They look nice and they'll hold up fine, but if you're hoping for an upscale feel to go along with the modern look, you may want to pay a tier up for that.

These chairs are perfect. They're simple and elegent and give your patio a modern look. They're comfy to sit on with firm cushions. The backs are not really that tall though, so I can't lay my head back while sitting up. We use them to sit at our fire table to sit by the fire, eat smores, and have meals. The cushions dry very quick after rain, they have an inner fabric between the cushion and the outer fabric, that acts as a water barrier, similar to a mattress protector. The build is a durable aluminum that will not rust or weather. The cushions fit snuggly in place and don't latch on or velcro. They do pretty well in the wind unless the back is facing the wind. The cushions can also easily slide forward if you lean back into it. I put down a grippy tape to the frame to solve that. The chairs are magnificent. I have been looking for patio furniture for about 3 years, nothing struck my fancy until I saw these chairs. They are modern, they are sturdy, they are wonderfully built. My significant other is a big guy, these legs can handle it!Now, why not 5 stars? The cushion are just not fitting such a fine chair, (IMHO) They are a bit hard, which is probably good for new cushions as they will eventually loosen up. Well we are a month into this, use them every single day, and they are still hard and not comfortable. The bottom cushion slides forward when you sit in it for long periods (and we do!) I had fully planned on replacing the cushions anyway, so not a big deal for me. I truly love the chairs.I suggest a slight redesign to include a SMALL Lip on the front to keep that cushion from sliding out. Even with these cushions, I am thrilled with my purchase and HIGHLY recommend them.

I looked long and hard for some club chairs for outside, comparing materials and costs and style. I am extremely happy with these chairs. I have only had them for a couple of months, so I can't speak to their durability. But the aluminum construction is a plus in our Northeast climate. Some of the welds at the joints could be neater and smoother. My only big hesitation was the dark grey cushions, which show pollen, debris from the trees, and will undoubtedly fade in the sunlight. My cats, however, think that a day in the bright sunlight on the dark cushions is just perfect.

I purchased two chairs and v-shaped sectional (from a site other than amazon). They are attractive. They went together quickly. Instructions where clear. The frames are light but seem very strong and sturdy. The cushions are heavy and quite dense.Some potential downsides are the furniture is low to the ground and the backs are very low. The cushions are a little dense.We will see how well the set wears over time. I am please with the look, quality, ease of assembly, and the value.

I was so excited about these chairs and the matching sofa but I am very disappointed in how hard and uncomfortable the cushions are! It is like sitting on a rock, there is no give in these cushions.The chair is very light, easy to assemble and seems sturdy. I just received the sofa but I am still undecided if I am going to send the entire set back. Are there any other other cushions available for this set? Does anyone have a long term experience with these cushions, do they get softer with use??I am very torn if I should keep or return.

Nice arm chairs! I was looking for new lounge chairs for our patio and found these. Easy to assemble, seem well made. Very comfortable. Matching foot stools and a side table would make this a great set. Price is a little high, but I think these chairs should hold up for a long time.
