Shipped and packed extremely well!
I was a bit nervous, purchasing a lampshade online. I had visions of it coming, dented or damaged. This far exceeded expectations. Truly a quality item, well packed, and arrived without issue. 100% satisfied.

Tall Lampshade
Love it, was exactly the shape I was looking for.

Disappointing but Remedied Immediately - New Title would be: Excellent!
This was packed in a good size box. That being said, it came with dents in three spots on the lampshade. Those dents create dark spots when the lamp is on. Very disappointing. I will probably return it. If it wasn’t for that, I would rate it much higher.Updated - Returned - New one arrived the following day. Excellent Condition. Updating stars from 2 to 5.

Amazon provided excellent customer service
The first shade we received had what appeared to be a manufacturing defect with debris or creases between the inner lining and exterior shell of the lamp shade. Amazon sent out a replacement the same day and it arrived in perfect condition with no defects. Every manufacturing process is subject to rare defects but how the customer is handled makes all the difference.

Damage
The shade met my likeness , but the packagingDid not meet the fragile lamp shades that it end up damage on arrival. I decided get a refund because if this how they package it, I’ll more likely get same results.

Dented during packing/shipping
Arrived with several dents all around the shade. Brown paper crumpled and crammed too tightly around the shade. Also, seem is pulling away. Otherwise, decent quality shade for the price.

Great quality, great price. They are perfect for the thin lamps on my bed tables. They are stylish, sleek, yet effective, but do not take up a lot of space like others do.
