I have to say, this toilet flapper works! My old one had deteriorated and would not flush without pulling the chain by hand. Was worried this wouldn't fit or would be too difficult to install. I'm no handy man. Thankfully, I was wrong on both accounts. It might have taken me all of 10 minutes (maybe 7-8) to install and it flushes better than ever. I mean that. BETTER than it did originally. I realize it may not work on every Toto model. But if your model is listed, give it a try if you need to replace. I bought another one for my other toilet if it ever starts acting up.

Works great so far, much better price then toto, it isn't built as sturdy as toto but time will tell how long they last.

Easy to install and fit perfectly.

It was easy to install except the clip that connects the chain to the rod that lifts the flapper is thin and round making it hard to hook into the little hole in the rod. I was just about to take the more substantial clip from the one I was replacing but gave it one last try with success. It arrived on time, stopped the leak and didn't cost much. I don't know how long it will last since all of the reviews at all of the prices mentioned leakage. For now, it works.

Perfect replacement for a Toto toilet

Worthless, sadly, despite all the great reviews here. Bought to replace my Toto flapper, but it does not seal properly, and is too light. Consequently, my toilet is leaking MORE than it was with the faulty flapper (with the crumbling rubber gasket) that I'm trying to replace.

Our two toilets would run as if someone had flushed them even when nobody was using the toilets. I decided to replace the flapper and purchased these and what a difference! Not only have the toilets stopped running but when we flush the toilet now we can control how long the flush lasts. Saves water and stops the toilets from blocking too! Great product and easy to install.

The item itself is fine and well made. But this is not a 2-pack.

Easy install however it does not seal. Leaked even more than the old one. I will never buy again
