Bought this item, product does not work. Returned over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Amazon is a joke.

Package not sealed
It is hard to gift someone something when the package isn’t seal in any form. When I opened the shipment box, the product was laying out of its box. Other then being embarrassed to gift it because of unseal box the product looks to be all there.
