I bought this tent for my birthday party. its great tent with lots of room. (20x20ft)I am very satisfied with this purchase. its seems strong with thick material. It takes time thought to put together. Also, I have to mention the great customer service answering all my calls and emails regarding delivery status. It came in 3 days of ordering !!

These is definitely a heavy duty tent and was just as product described. Easy to install and uninstall.

We bought the 13x26 party tent for Thanksgiving dinner setting of 30 people. Added the addition on our back deck. I just set up the tent, did it myself took about 2hrs. I could of used another person to lift the roof up and put the legs on. The frame is pretty solid and easy to build. I was impressed there, the canopy could be more heavy, not very thick as I thought it might be when ordering. Seems decent in manufacturing,seems are stiched fairly well. We shall see when we get some weather/wind. My thought is in the future, if I lose the canopy, have a new one made with better material. Going to string up some party lights and some space heaters for warmth depending on weather that day. Yes, we have a backup plan incase it falls apart. I gave it 4 stars for frame quality, pricing and overall appearance.

This tent was perfect for our party. We fit 8 (6-foot) tables with comfortable seating for 48 people plus 2 additional tables with food. We received many compliments about the tent. Setup took 2 people a couple of hours. There were 3 damaged poles received, and customer service quickly resolved this with email response within 24 hours and replacement parts received in about 4-5 days.

I really like this tent. Nice quality. Worked great for my party. But the super star was the customer service team. I had a couple of pieces that needed to be replaced. I emailed them. They were so prompt with a response and shipped the pieces asap and then actually followed up to make sure it was what I needed and the parts were good. They went above and beyond. Super impressed!!!!

Overall, this tent is of great quality, especially for the price! Me and my wife decided to purchase this tent for an outdoor party at our home. The cost of the tent was only $150 more than what it would have cost to rent one from a local business, so we decided to just purchase one. It came in three large boxes. One box was the coverings / windows, and the other two boxes were the poles and connectors. The poles appear to be moderately thick galvanized steel with a glossy white powder coat. The welds on the angled pieces seem strong and sturdy enough for repeated use. We did not find any surface rust or integrity issues with the poles or connectors. The roof and wall covers also seem to be good quality, they are about as thick as the pricier tarps found at Lowe’s. We had a few factory defects in our roof cover which consisted of weak eyelets that weren’t secured to the roof cover itself. We contacted the supplier through Amazon and the issue was easily solved without any problem. It took the two of us a little over an hour to set it up. I highly recommend laying all of the pieces out in order before attempting to build it, it made the process a lot easier. Also , try to center the roof cover as best as you can while keeping the frame square. This will minimize how much you have to pull on the roof cover to get it to fit without ripping it. Overall, I would recommend this tent!
