These are very good tasting and so healthy and great for people with diabetes and need to lose weight. We eat these with white chicken, red,yellow and orange peppers,mushrooms with sauté in olive oil with a little parm cheese and avocado stuffed in the wrap. It’s great and healthy. Been losing weight and feeling great .

Excellent pita bread. I recommend it highly. Always arrives fresh.

I am diabetic so I have to limit my carb intake. One of the foods I miss most is bread. These pita breads have been a godsend. They are low in carbs yet every bit as delicious as the high carb brands. I especially enjoy them when they're lightly toasted. They ship fast (I usually get them within 2-3 days) and come well-protected in their packaging. They stay fresh for a long time in the fridge if you keep them tightly wrapped in their bags.

If the label on the bag had not mentioned "contains wheat", I wouldn't have known that this was actually bread!Look at the ingredients list for a moment!!!!Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Oat Fiber, Soy Flour, Flaxseed, Yeast, Soy Protein, Corn Starch, Enriched Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Enzymes, L-cysteine, Leavening, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Monoglyceride, Oat Bran, preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Fumaric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Metabisulfite), Salt, Soybean Oil!

For the calories you can’t go wrong. I love these pita breads.

I like that half a pita is only 2 points on Weight Watchers!
