Doesn’t work
I have tried a thousand different ways of using this. None work. Once I’m in the right position, it just pops right out of the area it’s supposed to go into.

Good angle of hook, not enough leverage
I've seen several different hooks and this is the first one that appealed to me because you're able to rock the handle and push down, giving the hook more of a deeper dive pelvis. Personally for me, however it does not quite get in deep enough to get the correct muscle. I have to really push down into the pelvis further to get the right muscle Aunt contour it my body a little bit to do it. I wonder if future models would be able to have a higher angle of the handle as compared to the flatter surface where it sits so you can twerk it and pull the hook in more. I am a licensed massage therapist and I do this regularly for my clients. With my hands, This Hook is pretty good, for the value that you're getting

Strong Piece of Plastic, but Hard to Use
I've seen ads for products like these and figured it would be worth trying out.I tried following instructions and watching youtube videos, but I can't seem to find that sweet spot... or any "right" spot for that matter. I haven't really used it after the first time, and I was out of town after getting it and ended up missing the return window.Doesn't work for me... and it seems like most people have the same issue as me.
