Taste is good, directions are easy. I will purchase again.

This is my first time cooking or eating millet, so I can't speak to how "good" this millet is by comparison. Since I was unfamiliar with preparing this grain, I found a recipe in an ancient grains cookbook for basic millet and prepared it simply with chicken broth in place of water, a little salt, and a little oil. The instructions I followed were a bit different than those on the package, but it wasn't difficult to prepare and tasted pretty good. I try to limit my gluten intake to avoid digestive problems, so I am always happy to find something new I can eat. It turned out fluffy and a little sticky, but my understanding is that is how it is supposed to be. I used it as a base for a grain bowl with chicken and vegetables and was happy to be eating healthy for once. I recommend Doma millet because it is easy to cook and gluten free.

Update: Great for humans and... birds! Finally found the time to write a review. I purchased a set of two packs of this Doma Millet, and over the weekend, I cooked a traditional millet porridge. The texture turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, and the porridge came out delicious! I also made great use of the second pack by feeding the hungry ducks that live by the nearby pond.

The best Millet ever. Very good with pumpkin. I am fixing pumpkin porridge with this millet.

The millet tasted great and was well-packaged. When it came to cooking, it met my expectations. I couldn't find anything negative about it. While cooking, I didn't notice any difference between this and other high-quality millet varieties. There were no issues with its cooking process, and the resealable bags helped ensure the millet stayed fresh. I had no problems using it as ingredient in other dishes.
