I wouldn’t recommend this for adults at all but maybe for kids up to about 13 or so. Seems like decent quality but not very sturdy or strong

It is a good quality inflatable. Think adult version of the kids blow up bunching bags. It's very easy to assemble and a good value for the money. The performance is good, what is to be expected for this type of punching/kicking bag. The hole to fill the sand or water in the bottom is perfect. Some are really small, but this one is not.
