I found this very useful after back surgery. I used one of the two at bedside for leverage as one uses the rails of a hospital bed to help in getting out of bed. I was able to use it also with at home health physical therapy with a licensed therapist.

Good for dips, rows and other exercises. Connectors can be challenging to get in and out.

Pretty unstable no matter what adjustments are made and they are a little narrow. Not reliable for exercises that only require a single bar.
