This Omega 3 QH Fish Oil with CoQ10 was exactly what I was after. It has all the ingredients in one product. I find them easy to swallow, and with a little food on the stomach, no bad after taste or after effects. I also enjoy the subscription feature so I can sit at home and know it will arrive when I need a refill- rather than running to the store once a month hoping they have availability. Great product - highly recommend!

I canceled this before it said it was shipped. Because I found it was too large to take. They went ahead and shipped it anyway. If I don’t get my money back I will not shop with Amazon anymore. Just got an email from Amazon and they refunded my money.

Disgusting fish burps and bleeding gums is what I got from taking the full dose of these. If you're taking blood thinners (I am not), I do NOT recommend this product.

I’ve used this product for decades. My hair stylist noticed a huge difference in my hair the one month I didn’t order it. She told me to never stop using it. Made my hair grow faster, feel soft and supple & bounce, & my nails grew faster & were harder.
