Got this for a friend for his birthday. He loved it

This thing had the potential to be so dope looking, but the details are shocking. Look, I know it's a cheaper figure, so I wasn't expecting top-of-the-line detail, but this thing is absolutely laughable. First off, it arrived in damaged and re-taped plastic. But.. look at these atrocious heads!! The ears aren't painted so they look like droopy lobes, and the teeth and eyes aren't fully painted, or maybe chipped off? What a sad, sad looking figure.

It looks great in my room, but unfortunately the piece on the sword that goes in his mouth broke off.

I purchased this as a gift and didn't read the other reviews until after I had purchased it. The reviews had me concerned about both the size and quality of this product. However, I was very happy when the item arrived quickly and was pleased with the quality.The item is only wrapped in a plastic bag, not any kind of sturdy packaging. It was also received in pieces, as expected based on other reviews I had read. I had super glue ready and immediately glued Shanks' hand to Luffy's hat then also had to glue Shanks' body at the waist (as it was divided in two pieces). The two characters fit perfectly on the stand without the need for any super glue to hold them in place. Also, Shanks' cape is detachable and it was not necessary to glue it either as it stayed securely attached as well.On the base, it reads "Luffy &Shanks" with the spacing almost exactly like that...minimal spacing between the "&" and "Shanks" so that's a bit frustrating but it works.The meaning of the figure makes this so worth it. The recipient of this figure was more than happy to add this to his collection.

Great for collectors

When I got it the legs were barely able to go on the stand, the swords can’t go in the sheath, and the sword can barely go in his mouth because of the paint being messed up in there. Not to mention the paint job on the skin and face isn’t like how it shows in the product image.
