I absolutely love my tub however, I had some ordering nightmares. The first tub we received was too big (my fault not Amazons.) I returned it and the next tub sent was the wrong one. I returned it and the next one I received had a crack in it. Finally I received the right tub and with no defects. Amazon was awesome in that they have such a great return service. They picked up each tub and delivered the new one each time. I live in the country and the nearest home improvement store is 40 minutes away. So it was nice that it was delivered.

The tub is a little narrower than I expected, but it fits in my bathroom space. It looks very luxurious. I like the wider rim around the tub because it feels sturdy. I can also add my bath stuff on the tub ledge for easy access. I can't wait to use it!

The media could not be loaded. This tub does not disappoint. I conducted lots of research before purchasing a new freestanding tub because most are lightweight and too small.This one is so comfortable to sit in. I am 5’8” and my spouse is 6”. It is a wider tub than the standard size so gives more space for soaking.The material and aesthetic are beautiful. Love the center plug drain. So easy to use.The plumbers said it was easy to install. Very pleased with the product and the price. Would recommend.

Had this tub professionally installed by a plumber. No complaints from him. Great looking and affordable tub. Spacious enough for a 5' 9" adult to soak up to the shoulders. Super happy with this purchase! A huge savings over the recognizable name brand plumbing products.

We initially ordered this tub from a competitor, but it was several hundreds of dollars extra and the delivery was 6 weeks out, so we took the chance and ordered from here instead. It arrived from California in 3 days! The shipping and delivery was easy; our delivery gentlemen struggled a little due to the size of the box, but they delivered inside the house and our contractors installed it from there. It was delivered in a large box with minimal supports inside, but since the tub fills the box completely, no chance it shifted. The stapled paper booklet with installation instructions felt a little cheap, but the information was there and the video here was helpful. It is a LARGE tub which means it accommodates everyone's bodies. I ordered the GLOSSY version, so it is slippery smooth inside. We put little suction cups on the bottom of the tub for traction and have had no issues. The sides can be grabbed for stability because they're curved. It's a good value tub, comfortable to lie back and soak, easy to clean (a little vinegar and warm water solution in a spray bottle). It is deeper than MOST tubs on the market. The build is great; everyone likes it. We have only had it for a month or so, but praying we don't have leakage or any other issues. It's also beautiful and easy on the eyes. The drain came with it and our contractor was happy with the quality.

My kids love it so roomy but at the same time it doesn’t take a lot of space. Sleek look and easy to clean. It was easy to install

Ordered in November 2024. Finally able to install, unwrap tub and it is cracked and broken. Past the return window. Now I am stuck with a tub I cannot use.

Tub looks great. Delivery is a different story. It had a big crack in the tub from shipping. Very little styrofoam between the cardboard box and the tub.
