What’s the fuss in the other reviews about this?Amazon says the product is frequently returned.EMS units do work in toning muscles but you have to give them time. I feel some people are giving up too quickly or just have too much fat around the neck which would require a weight loss program as well. This unit has so many options in the electrical stimulation delivery. The noise is not annoying, in fact I’m finding it quite soothing i almost dozed off. I suspect that the noise is because they’re using a much safer design/mechanism than EMS stimulators I used in the past which were more primitive in design, very quiet and were ON-OFF, ON-OFF and therefore quite harsh in how you experience the pulses and they needed a lot of gell.This unit has many patterns available (which the vintage stimulators could not do) I didn’t even have to use a gell, it fit my face perfectly and I set it to a high level and a massage setting and just let it run its program for 15 mins while I watched TV. My lips would open-close, open-close a tad bit involuntarily - which is what you’d want to happen. And yes I could hear the TV dialogue just fine, this unit was not too loud. The unit is also very nice-looking, the LEDs are lovely, the buttons are easily accessible even after mounting it on your face. Either way, price, performance and features are just right. I recommend it.

So as you start getting older you start to see all your flaws and start noticing. All your, imperfection why not treat yourself? After a hard day of work. I feel great using this know I'm skin under my chin will look the same nice and tight in a couple of years from now with this product I love it recommend it 100% you will love it also.

I’ve been using this for about 3 months now & have definitely seen improvement, the pictures speak for themselves. I was botched in a surgery & have tried everything imaginable. I wanted to do it consistently for a while to see if it truly works & it does! It’s super easy to do, I turn on the heat / red light & apply it at night before I fall asleep on days I’m busy. On days I’m not as busy I’ll wear it while I work from home plus before bed. Consistency is key! I also use sonogram / conductive gel on the 2 silver parts. At first I didn’t notice there’s plastic over the inner silver plates so make sure that’s off & get conductive gel. I’m definitely going to continue using it. I’ll need threads at some point but I’ll do that once I’m done melting down the fat & tightening as much as possible with this. It’s not a miracle but it definitely does what it’s supposed to. It might look like it’s not a big difference when you look in the mirror which is why I took before & after pics, I definitely see the difference in my pictures. Yes it’s loud, the higher up you put it the more noise but that doesn’t bother me at all.

This strap is easy to use. I've been searching so long for something to help with my double chin. Yay!! I finally found something. I've been trying to lose weight and I've been worried about my double chin sagging. It is priced very reasonable too.

This thing is kind of silly. First, it's loud. Look, if the microcurrent is working, nobody needs a "hammering" setting. The microcurrent creates motion, so what's the point of vibration on top of that, especially if it makes the device less pleasant to use? Second, why have so many different colors of light? The only types of light that have any kind of meaningful research are red light and blue light. And I wouldn't bother with blue light here because most people are buying this due to skin sagging, and those folks are unlikely to have acne under their chins.This is the second piece of equipment like this that I've bought. This one at least has working buttons, which is more than I can say for the other. But here the gimmicks are getting in the way of the actual functional benefits. Just do the microcurrent and the red light, make a device that works and recharges well, and you'll have a world of customers! The fact that it has a strap and could potentially allow you to do microcurrent and red light therapy while you're doing something else is the important part!

I like the different modes on the device. It was well charged when first received. It has a timer to decide how long you want to wear it. It also a heat setting on it as well. It is user friendly and directions are included. I have not had the chance to consistently wear the device to see the changes in my chin, but I do feel the tightness after I wear it so I am feeling hopeful.

It doesn't work miracles, but if you're consistent, you'll notice the change.The battery lasts a long time and the design is modern.Definitely a good investment if you want a facial treatment at home.
