Excellent product, terrible shipping! Only problem is that Amazon takes too long to ship products to Puerto Rico. They used to ship right away but for the last couple of years they hold products over a week and then they send 'em. Not fair. I am a "Prime" customer.

Lemon Verbena isn’t available at most groceries so I’m very pleased to buy this pack on Amazon. The package keeps the tea fresh and is easy to reseal. I also appreciate that the tea bags don’t have strings or cardboard labels with tiny staples making it much easier to compost after brewing.

I enjoy my tea a bit stronger and a little bit sweet. The flavor is very good but I use 2 bags per cup plus a teaspoon of honey.

Love this tea and I love the flavor. It is good for your respiratory systems so if I drink this at the beginning of symptoms it seems to help me alleviate the symptoms. I drink it weekly because I love the taste and I add lemon slices and of course sugar. Try it I think you will love it. The price and quality is good and I recommend.

I was curious about this tea, so I got some. Well let me tell you that it tastes great!!! I'll be getting more of this in the future. Try it if you like tea!

Exceptional sweet licorice taste. After reading comments about plastic in the tea bags, and observing the stiffness described by others, when the bags dry after use, I decided to try cutting one open and brewing tea without the bag. This worked well, once I figured out to use a fine gauge strainer that came with a borosilicate (lab quality) glass tea pot. By limiting myself to one (opened) tea bag per day, there's no danger of 'overdosing' on licorice or having any side effects. One bag makes a good-tasting 5-cup pot of tea. It also seems like an economical deal, with 80 bags. Thought I was 'reordering' same licorice tea I got before, but this brand and bag type and # of bags is different. Sweet tea, sweet deal.

I've tried several dandelion root teas, and this one by far has the best flavor. I used to drink it for health reasons, but after buying this brand, i drink it solely for enjoyment.

This licorice root tea is very flavorful and tastes wonderfully natural. However, I was disappointed to find that the tea bags themselves seem to be made of a synthetic material that feels like plastic after use. This contradicts the "100% Natural Raw Materials" claim and the packaging needs improvement.
