MyGift Toilet Paper Holder with Shelf, Wall Mount Industrial Pipe and Torched Wood Bathroom Toilet Paper Roll Holder

Looks great but the only thing supporting the weight of the shelf is the threaded pipe. Its not welded or secured in any other way just simply hand tightened. So the weight of the shelf and toilet paper holder all want to unscrew itself from the threaded pipe. I didn't realize this until I mounted it and it simply flopped down because it could not support its own weight. The only fix would be to crank down on the support arm with a pipe wrench and get it as tight as I could, (without scratching the finish) then prey the torque would be enough to support its weight and never unscrew. Not likely with two little kids who will constantly lean on it when getting paper. Had the support arm been on the other side any weight would further tighten the arm not loosen. So it seems this could be remedied by flipping the support arm around and torquing them better from the factory before painting.

This product is a complete piece of junk. Very poor quality. The whole thing is loose and unstable. When it is tightened as much as possible to prevent it from turning upside down on the wall, the piece that attaches to the wall will go up behind the wood, causing it to be in-flush with that wall. I just renovated my bathroom with new paint and hardware, now I have three big holes in the wall that will have to be plastered and repainted. Stay away from this product, it’s crap.

This item is amazing to look at and matches my bathroom decor perfectly! I actually bought the shelves and towel holder to make them all match. BUT they threaded the pole wrong. It’s meant to sit up on its on, but the weight of the shelf causes it to fall. If they had threaded it the other way the weight would make it tighter instead of loser. Now we are going to jerryrig it to try and make it work.Also yes our owners before screwed up the wall but there’s no screws except on the metal pipe so that’s not the issue. Super sad 😭

One of the great things about this item is that it is built like an industrial item.This means you can unscrew it, twist it, and just about do anything you want with it.As you can see in this picture, I wanted to use my imagination to make it fit my bathroom better.I have a small house with one tiny bathroom (I’m a bachelor who doubles his home as an art gallery. So it is important to me that my place not only looks good, but every square inch is used in a functional way.This is a great item for that because I can change it to how I want it

Love the design but not Functional! Toilet paper roll pops off a lot. Wish there was a way to stop that. Maybe a tilt at the end of pipe or an apparatus such as a handle on the end. Didn’t know that the direction of the pipe is also a problem. Wish I had bought one with the pipe going in the other direction because I think it would solve problem. You are not thinking of how you tear off the paper before you buy it. Seller should give people options. Easy to install. Love the shelf idea for Cell phone, second roll of paper etc.

This thing is junk. Looks nothing like the picture. Has no top to hold phone. Looks like spray paint grey or black on the “pipe” the wood is the worst part, it feels like I’m going to get splinters, the color is NOTHING like the picture, it came like a ash dull grey, not the cute grey either. It sucks. Don’t buy this from these people.

The wood is a much darker grey than pictured, but I didn’t mind it since it matched my bathroom anyways. Goes perfect with my “farmhouse” look. I only wish there was an option to have the toilet paper holder pointing the other direction, that way depending on which side the toilet you install it on the toilet paper roll doesn’t slide off as you use it. The quality is nice. Some how I accidentally ordered 2, I might use the other one as a hand towel holder near the sink, since it could work for that as well. Overall very satisfied with purchase, haven’t tried to install them yet.

I am not one to take my phone or tablet into the business room but the kids and husband are 3 that do, and it is Tried, Tested and APPROVED. I installed it in less than 5 minutes by pilot drilling with a bit slightly smaller than the ANCHOR no the drywall screw itself and then tapped the anchors into their place snuggly and finished with the 3 screws and done. I am pleased with the appearance and the shelf's finish. Overall a great buy. I recommend it for a try. :)
